How a Hotel PMS rollout works

Introduce the property records with a real stay cycle.

  1. Set inventory

Property Manager enters units, capacities, statuses and dated rate plans.

  2. Prepare people

Admin reviews users and staff assignments; the team agrees who owns stay, service and account decisions.

  3. Rehearse a stay

Create a guest and reservation, confirm the intended unit and dates, record arrival and attach service work.

  4. Review money

Finance Officer checks draft and posted charges alongside pending and confirmed payments.

  5. Turn the room

Record departure, assign cleaning and review the unit before making it Available again.

What the customer provides

Bring current room numbers and capacities, the rate periods in use, a representative guest booking, staff assignments and sample charge and payment references. Agree on who can confirm a stay, review a guest account and return a room to inventory. Choose the external booking, payment and outlet systems that need a connection.

Changing it afterwards

Use a representative stay to rehearse changes in dates, unit, party size, outlet booking and payment state before changing daily practice. Preserve the reservation reference so the desk, service team and finance team can follow the same guest history. Review access whenever duties shift between staff.
