Click Get started and set up access for Property Manager, Front Desk Agent, Finance Officer and Operations Reviewer. Link staff people to their user accounts before assigning service work. Check access with each team member on the screens they will use.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Enter units with their type, capacity and current readiness. Add dated rate plans, guest parties and a requested reservation. Rehearse the desk’s overlap and capacity check, then check in the confirmed stay. Attach a restaurant or spa booking and an assigned service task to that same reservation. Prepare the relevant charge and payment records for finance review.
Review before release
Run a checkout with approved charges, a confirmed payment and a pending payment. Check the explicit outstanding-account decision when the confirmed amount is short. Inspect the reservation and unit after departure, then record a housekeeping inspection before returning the unit to available. Open the reports and role views with the people who will use them on the next shift.
