How a Contractors HRMS rollout works

Set up the people, records and review path for a contractor pilot.

  1. Set the operating scope

Select an organization, worker population, owner and reviewer for a pilot.

  2. Prepare core records

Add Organizations, People, contractor profiles and Employees before creating engagements.

  3. Enter a live case

Record the assignment's scope, rate unit, agreed rate and dates, then add a compliance observation and evidence reference.

  4. Rehearse the decision

Have a separate approver inspect the source revision and record a verdict; repeat with a returned case.

  5. Review follow-up

Assign an unresolved action and verify that its owner, due date and resolution are visible.

What the customer provides

Bring the organization list, worker identifiers, accountable owners, profile definitions, current engagement terms and sample documents. Name the people who verify evidence and decide approvals. Choose a current weekly timesheet if worker time is part of the pilot.

Changing it afterwards

Review changed scope or rate terms against the current engagement revision. Keep prior decisions and status history available to explain the handoff. Recheck document references and outstanding actions after a change. See the data model for migration order.
