Follow-up resolution

Use this process when a contractor assignment needs a traceable handoff. The Compliance Reviewer opens an action against the affected engagement and assigns a person and due date. The owner brings back corrected information or evidence. The reviewer checks the source record again, records the resolution and completion date, and closes the action. The engagement remains the source of the underlying assignment terms. The team can reopen the linked records to check the current status, person and date.
