Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure HRMS for Factory Workers. Invite the people who will maintain the employee register, enter time, review training and prepare payroll. Assign configured roles according to their real responsibilities.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one department and payroll calendar. Load a representative employee with the correct position, location, manager and hire date. Enter a weekly timesheet containing a regular and overtime day, then have the named approver review it. Add the safety course required for that role and retain a completed training record. Prepare the payroll run and compare its employee statement and line detail with the approved week.
Review before release
Ask HR Business Partner to confirm employee and position references, L&D Admin to check training evidence and Payroll Admin to reconcile the run. Make the decision owner approve the timesheet and payroll period. Confirm the actual payment through the payment system before recording the paid result. Repeat the cycle with another worker or location after the first case is clear.
