How a Factory Workers HRMS rollout works
Start with one worker population and a complete time, training and pay cycle.
Define the workforce
Agree on employee IDs, departments, positions, locations, managers and payroll calendars. Check the current employee register with HR Business Partner.
Rehearse time and leave
Enter a weekly timesheet with regular and overtime entries and a dated leave request. Have the named approver review each.
Set up learning
Add the safety courses relevant to the pilot roles, enroll a worker and retain one completion record with an expiry date.
Run payroll review
Prepare a period, inspect statement lines and totals, obtain the human approval and reconcile the payment outcome.
Expand the population
Add recruiting, onboarding and performance records after the first employee and payroll cycle is dependable.
What the customer provides
Provide the employee and organization roster, position mapping, pay calendars, leave rules, active benefit elections and course list. Identify the people who enter work, approve it and correct records. Supply examples of a weekly timesheet, a leave decision, training evidence and a pay statement for the pilot. Agree on the systems that provide time capture, payment, signing and learning delivery evidence.
Changing it afterwards
When a worker moves, retain the dated employment event and update the current position and manager consistently. When a payroll correction is needed, keep it tied to the intended period and run type. Recheck access whenever someone changes responsibilities, especially for pay, performance and personal information. Repeat the rehearsal with a real employee case after changing a calendar, leave type or training requirement.
