Insurance teams

An insurer can follow recruiting, license related training evidence and performance reviews in the same employee context.

How Financial Services HRMS is set up for you

People foundation

Connect each employee to a position, department, manager, entity and country.

Decision trail

Keep requisition, offer, leave and pay states with the owner who decided them.

Continuing record

Follow reviews, course enrollments and dated training evidence after hire.

An insurer can follow recruiting, license related training evidence and performance reviews in the same employee context.

Begin with a claims role, an open requisition and a course enrollment with a due date. Keep the training record expiration visible to L&D Admin. Use a performance cycle to confirm who reviews the employee after a transfer.

Choose one employing entity and one pay calendar for the first cycle. Rehearse a candidate hire, an employee leave request and a payroll approval using the same operating dates. Ask each owner to verify the record received from the prior stage. Keep the first scope small enough to spot a wrong manager, position or pay calendar before a wider rollout.

For the claims role, let Recruiter connect a candidate to the open requisition and keep the interview recommendation with the application. After acceptance, Admin follows the onboarding checklist and L&D Admin checks the employee's course enrollment. A completed course should have a separate training record with completion and expiration dates. During the next review cycle, HR Business Partner checks the reviewer against the employee's current manager and any transfer history before releasing the review.
