Integrations and source ownership

Agree how identity, signing, learning, payment and filing outcomes return to HR records.

  • Government HRMS
  • Identity provider
  • Offer signing
  • Learning platform
  • Bank or payment provider
  • Tax authority service

Systems to connect

  • Identity provider. Map Users and Employees carefully; confirm account creation and removal through the provider’s own result.
  • Offer signing. Return the accepted or rejected outcome, signature date and source reference to the matching Offers record.
  • Learning platform. Match course completion to the employee and course before creating or updating training records.
  • Bank or payment provider. Reconcile paid outcomes to payroll runs and pay statements by period and employee.
  • Tax authority service. Record filing confirmation against tax filings and the applicable tax jurisdictions entry.

How connections are governed

Name the system that owns each fact, the identifier used to match it and the person who resolves a rejected event. A sent request is different from a confirmed outcome. Repeated provider events should resolve to the same employee, offer, training result, pay period or filing rather than producing a second record. Reconcile a sample period and keep provider credentials in the approved secret store. Test a timeout, duplicate delivery, rejected record and changed employee assignment before scheduling a feed.

Use the implementation plan to review the handoff.
