Add the applicable credential requirements, then prepare packets with CME activities and source documents. Use one straightforward packet and one packet that needs correction so the team can practice both paths.
Review before release
Have Credential Reviewer inspect the exact revision presented and record a decision. Check the packet status, state history and any follow-up action afterward. Confirm each role can see and change only the records required for its work. Expand to other facilities after the team has checked the first renewal cycle.
