Clinic networks
A clinic network needs to know which employee works at each location and who is responsible for a credential packet. Positions, departments and locations give HR that context. The packet's organization, requirement and owner connect the clinical credential to the operating team that will follow it.
How Healthcare Staff HRMS is set up for you
Location context
HR Manager maintains the employee's current location and records a dated transfer when it changes.
Policy reference
Admin gives each organization a named requirement and effective window.
Visible work
Credentialing Coordinator tracks submitted, current and expired packets with assigned follow-up.
Review evidence
Credential Reviewer reads CME activities and attached documents before recording the revision decision.
A clinic network needs to know which employee works at each location and who is responsible for a credential packet. Positions, departments and locations give HR that context. The packet's organization, requirement and owner connect the clinical credential to the operating team that will follow it.
Begin with one clinic and its recurring credentials. Identify the staff members, their locations and the manager responsible for local follow-up. Prepare a packet for each selected requirement and enter the license date, credit figures and owner. Use the review queue to take one packet through decision and current status.
Next, rehearse a staff transfer to another clinic. HR records the transfer with its effective date and updates the employee's current assignment. The coordinator checks whether the packet still uses the applicable organization requirement and whether its owner remains appropriate. Existing decisions continue to point to the revision originally reviewed.
Add a renewal case with a follow-up action. The assignee records progress, the coordinator gathers updated activity and documents, and the reviewer decides the revised packet. Close the action with a resolution once the issue is addressed. The network can then inspect the status history rather than relying on a verbal handoff between clinics.
A clinic manager can also use the leave request schedule to plan who will cover a credential follow-up during an approved absence. Leave approval stays a separate workforce decision from credential review.
