Click Get started, then use Proto to configure HRMS for Hospitality for your business. Name the HR, property operations, service charge review and payroll owners for the first cycle. Choose the organization and property whose records the team can verify.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring the employee list, positions, departments, properties and payroll calendar. Enter a staffing assignment with its service date, employee and owner. Prepare an allocation line and an external confirmation to test the review decision. Add a submitted leave request and timesheet for a realistic pay period. Give each person access to the records they need for that case.
Review before release
Walk the case through worked status, reviewer decision, follow-up and closure. Change an amount and check how the reviewer finds the new revision. Confirm the hiring, leave and payroll decision owners can see their own queues. Reconcile the pay period and external service charge reference with the team’s source records before expanding to other properties.
