How a Hospitality HRMS rollout works

Set up one property cycle and expand from checked handoffs.

  1. Foundation

Enter organization, properties, departments, positions, employees and payroll calendars.

  2. People work

Configure hiring, onboarding, leave and time responsibilities with the managers who decide those cases.

  3. Property cycle

Record a worked staffing period, allocation lines, evidence and a reviewer decision against its revision.

  4. Payroll cycle

Prepare statements for the agreed calendar and review totals before approval.

  5. Rehearsal

Test a changed assignment, returned decision, rejected leave and corrected timesheet with the receiving roles.

What the customer provides

Provide the current employee roster, property and organization list, job structure, leave policy, payroll calendar, reviewer ownership and source references for service charge confirmation. Choose a representative period whose results the property and payroll teams can check together. Identify the system that supplies external payment, tax and accounting confirmations.

Changing it afterwards

Record effective employment events for people changes and preserve earlier review decisions when an assignment is revised. Retest access and approval responsibility when a property owner or manager changes. Reconcile amended amounts to the external source before closing the new period.
