How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure HRMS for Multi-country for your business. Begin with one entity, its payroll calendar and a representative employee and pay period.
Can different countries use different pay calendars?
Yes. A payroll calendar records its entity, country, currency, frequency and cutoff days. Link each employee to the applicable calendar.
How are local leave rules represented?
Leave types have country, employee class, accrual method, rate and documentation settings. Review them with a dated leave balance before employees submit requests.
Who can see employee pay?
Payroll Admin manages payroll records. HR Business Partner can view pay statements, and CHRO / VP People has read-only oversight. Review each role’s access before inviting users.
Does a sent offer create an employee?
An accepted offer needs a clear handoff to the employee and onboarding records. Check the offer decision, start date and position before the first pay period.
How do we track tax filings?
A filing records its jurisdiction, run, due date, amount, status and confirmation reference. Reconcile the submitted result with the authority channel.
Can employees enter their own leave and time?
The Employee role can manage leave requests, timesheets and time entries. The approver reviews submitted records before their results are used for pay.
How are benefit contributions handled?
Benefit plans describe contribution percentages; an employee enrollment records the chosen tier and employee and employer amounts. Payroll Admin can review enrollments when preparing statements.
What happens when an employee changes roles?
Employment history records the effective event and from and to position, manager or salary values. A transition checklist can coordinate the assigned tasks.
Can training expiry be tracked?
Training records hold completion and expiration dates and a validity status. L&D Admin can review records marked Expiring Soon.
