Connections

Decide how external payment, signing, learning and tax results return to the HR record.

  • Multi-country HRMS
  • Bank or payment provider
  • Offer signing provider
  • Learning provider
  • Tax authority channel
  • Calendar service

Systems to connect

  • Bank or payment provider. Send approved pay instructions and reconcile actual payment confirmation with the pay run and statements.
  • Offer signing provider. Carry the approved offer to signature and return the signed date and accepted result.
  • Learning provider. Return course completion and score so L&D Admin can maintain a training record and its expiration date.
  • Tax authority channel. Reconcile submitted filings, payment and confirmation references with the jurisdiction record.
  • Calendar service. Coordinate interview invitations against the interview’s scheduled date and status.

How connections are governed

Name an owner for each connection. Decide which system is authoritative for the external outcome, what identifier links the response to its offer, run, filing or enrollment, and how failed or repeated responses are reviewed. A local status should follow the actual outside result. Test a correction and a duplicate response before using a connection for a live operating cycle.
