How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure HRMS for Seasonal Workers for your business. Pilot one department, one payroll calendar, a hiring case and a worker return.
Can I keep a returning worker’s earlier history?
Yes. Employees is the person record, while employment history can record Termination and Rehire events with effective dates.
Who reviews an open position?
Job requisitions carries an approval status, hiring manager, recruiter, position and target start date. Admin can review the pending requisition before Recruiter opens it.
How are candidates tracked?
Candidates links to Applications for a requisition. Interviews records scheduled conversations, recommendations and feedback.
Can offers be reviewed before sending?
Offers has draft, pending approval, approved and sent statuses. Review salary against the position and pay grade before sending.
How is onboarding assigned?
Onboarding checklists groups onboarding tasks by employee. Tasks carry category, assignee, due date, status and evidence.
Can employees submit leave and hours?
Employee access includes leave requests, Timesheets and time entries. The related records carry dates, hours and approval statuses.
How does payroll find the right period?
Payroll runs belongs to payroll calendars and includes period dates and pay date. Pay statements belongs to the run and employee.
Where do completed courses appear?
Course enrollments tracks participation and training records stores completed training, expiry date and validity status.
What does the Employee Lifecycle page show?
It shows workforce distribution by department, a one-employee detail and the live employee register from a filtered population.
