Integrations and source ownership

Agree how identity, bank, tax and learning systems exchange records.

  • Small Business HRMS
  • Identity provider
  • Bank or payment provider
  • Tax authority or filing service
  • Learning system

Systems to connect

  • Identity provider. Map a staff sign-in to its employee record and assigned role. Revoke access through the agreed account process.
  • Bank or payment provider. If you use a payment provider, agree how approved pay amounts and its returned confirmation will be reconciled.
  • Tax authority or filing service. If a filing service is connected, map the filing period, jurisdiction, amount and confirmation reference from tax filings.
  • Learning system. If a learning system supplies completions, match each result to the employee and course before recording a training records outcome.

How connections are governed

Decide which system owns each field and who investigates a rejected update. Use stable external identifiers and keep credentials in the approved secret store. A retry must be matched to the prior accepted event. Payroll Admin reconciles payment and filing results; L&D Admin checks completion evidence. Test a duplicate message, an unknown employee and a delayed confirmation before scheduling routine exchange.

Plan connections during implementation.
