Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one department and a representative staff member. Enter the position, employee, leave policy and payroll calendar. Rehearse a requisition, offer and onboarding checklist, then check a submitted leave request and the first pay period.
Review before release
Have each owner inspect the records and statuses they will use. Check an approved and a rejected case, confirm access with an Employee account, and reconcile the payroll totals with statements. Continue through implementation for the wider rollout.
