Systems to connect
- Career-site and recruiting feeds. Candidate sourcing and job publication need configured career-site, job-board, agency or referral connections. Check the recruiting provider’s confirmed posting and inbound delivery results.
- Interview calendars. The interview’s scheduled date records the planned event. Calendar booking and panel-debrief tooling are external connections whose delivery and conflicts need their own review.
- E-sign. Offers can advance to Sent for signature handoff. Configure the provider, returned acceptance evidence and reconciliation route before treating external signature delivery as complete.
- Benefits carriers. Benefit enrollments record elections and contributions. Configure carrier delivery and confirmation separately; Active is the internal enrollment result.
- Identity provider and equipment owners. Tasks coordinate joining and leaving work. Access requests, revocation and equipment return need the responsible provider’s confirmed outcome and a visible unresolved task when that outcome is missing.
- Bank, accounting and tax services. Prepared pay statements, statement lines with account references and tax filings support handoff. Bank settlement, accounting posting and authority confirmation remain separately configured and verified results. Configure tax calculation with the payroll owner before live use.
- Learning providers. Course delivery methods, training providers and certificate links identify the learning arrangement and retained evidence. Content access and certificate validation at the provider need explicit arrangements.
How connections are governed
Agree the responsible person, credential ownership, minimum shared fields, successful outcome evidence and correction route for each connection. Test failed delivery as well as success, and keep uncertainty visible without changing an internal status to imply an unobserved provider result. Reconcile a repeated delivery against the provider’s supported identity rules before retrying; agree the retry and reconciliation route with that connection owner.
Use implementation to decide which connections are needed for the pilot.
