Systems to connect

  • Banking and payments. Connect the organization’s payment process so a paid payroll state can be reconciled with confirmed money movement.
  • Tax calculation and filing. Supply jurisdiction-specific rates and filing submission from the approved source used by payroll specialists.
  • Document signing. Carry offer response and signed date back to the offer record after the candidate completes the signing process.
  • Learning delivery. Bring course completion, score and certificate evidence into the enrollment and training record.
  • Identity and access. Connect user provisioning and removal to the organization’s access system when employee lifecycle changes require it.
  • Calendar. Coordinate interview dates with the team calendar while keeping the interview status and recommendation in the recruiting record.

How connections are governed

Name an owner for each external result and define the identifier used to match it to an employee, offer, run or course enrollment. Test a late or duplicate result before relying on a connection. Keep the originating event and its date available for reconciliation. Payroll Admin should confirm paid and filing states against the payment and authority acknowledgements; Recruiter should confirm signed offer details against the candidate response. Review access to salary, identity and review data at the connection boundary.
