Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring employee identifiers, positions, departments, locations, pay grades and a payroll calendar. Choose a real requisition, leave request and timesheet for the rehearsal. Confirm the approval owner at each decision.
Review before release
Open the employee record from every linked case. Check the dates, status and next owner. Reconcile payroll totals to statements and lines. Extend the pilot only after the responsible team can follow each handoff.
