Click Get started to open the app, then use Proto to set up the people, recruiting, payroll and learning records that your team will use. Name the owner for each decision before importing live work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one department, a representative employee group, one payroll calendar and one open position. Confirm the employee roster, manager references, pay grade, leave types and approval assignments. Walk an opening through an accepted offer and onboarding. Have an employee submit leave and time, then prepare a pay period for review.
Review before release
Check the active employee register against the source roster. Reconcile pay statements with the run total and confirm who approved the period. Test that Employee sees their own information and that recruiting, HR and payroll permissions follow their responsibilities. Record any correction and repeat the affected handoff before adding more teams.
