Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure the employee records around your workforce structure, hiring path and pay calendar. Invite the people who will prepare records and make decisions.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one department and a few employees. Set up positions, managers, locations, pay grades, leave types and one payroll calendar. Add an open requisition and candidate application, then rehearse an interview and offer. Give the accepted hire an employee record and onboarding tasks. Ask an Employee to submit leave and time for the first period.

Review before release

Have the named owners inspect each handoff: an opening before recruiting, an offer before sending, submitted leave and time before pay, and a pay run before posting. Check the employee links on the statement and the totals on the run. Include one rejected request and one changed employee assignment in the rehearsal. Extend to other groups once the first cycle is reconciled.

Set up HRMS with Grievance Management your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
