People development teams
Organizations that run scheduled reviews and required learning need a shared employee reference across both activities. A performance cycle sets dates and status. Goals record what an employee is working toward. Reviews connect the subject, reviewer and cycle. Courses, enrollments and training records show what was assigned and what was completed.
How HRMS with Grievance Management is set up for you
Set the review calendar
Admin opens a cycle with start and end dates, review deadlines and a calibration date.
Keep feedback attributable
Each review names its subject and reviewer, and the status distinguishes submission, calibration, release and acknowledgement.
Assign courses deliberately
L&D Admin uses the course catalog to assign learning with a reason and due date.
Retain completion evidence
Training records keep provider, completion date, certificate and expiration date tied to the employee.
Organizations that run scheduled reviews and required learning need a shared employee reference across both activities. A performance cycle sets dates and status. Goals record what an employee is working toward. Reviews connect the subject, reviewer and cycle. Courses, enrollments and training records show what was assigned and what was completed.
Choose one review cycle and a small group of employees. Create goals, assign reviewers and rehearse a manager review from in progress to submitted and released. Confirm that the released review reaches the right subject for acknowledgement. Pick one mandatory course and assign it to an employee. After completion, record a training record and give it an expiration date so L&D Admin can find renewal work later.
Agree who may read narrative feedback, who may release it and who can correct a training record. A due enrollment is an assignment; the training record is the lasting evidence of completion. Checking both avoids presenting unfinished learning as completed history.
