Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one department and its current employees. Bring position codes, manager relationships, location details and the payroll calendar for a representative period. Pick an open requisition, a leave request and a payroll run for rehearsal. Keep source identifiers and effective dates available for reconciliation.
Review before release
Compare the Employees page with the underlying employee and position records. Rehearse a hire and a manager change, then review who can see salary and identity data. Follow a submitted leave request and pending payroll run to their named decision makers. Expand only after the record owners agree on the result.
