How do I get started?

What is an impact program?
It is the working record that links an organization, a theory-of-change goal, an owner, an observation date and a reported outcome. Its related lines and decisions explain the result.
Can a program have several observations?
Yes. Each observation has its own source record identifier, measured details and pending, accepted or rejected outcome.
How is evidence kept with an outcome?
Attach documents to the program and keep their external reference, date, verification state and verifier. Follow-up actions hold outstanding source requests.
Who decides whether a revision is accepted?
An Impact Measurement Platform Reviewer records an independent decision on a specific program revision, with a reason and evidence reference.
What happens when a reviewer returns a case?
The operator uses the recorded reason to correct the package and presents a later revision. The earlier decision remains part of the history.
Can analysts inspect results without editing them?
Read Only Analysts can read authorized records and summaries. Preparation and review remain with their respective roles.
How do you handle an uncertain external result?
Inspect the operation key, attempt, step and external receipt. Reconcile the original action before trying it again, and assign a follow-up action when the result remains unresolved.
Can we bring measurements from an existing source?
Agree the source identifier, field mappings, version and effective date. Test a sample observation against its original source and goal before expanding the connection.
