Multi-organization initiatives
An initiative spanning organizations needs a consistent account of which goal owns each program and who is responsible for its evidence. The platform links every impact program to an organization, a theory-of-change goal and a person. Outcome lines stay under that program, while review decisions identify the precise revision being judged.
How Impact Measurement Platform is set up for you
Separate ownership
Give each participating organization a stable code and maintain its own goals. A shared title should not blur where a result belongs.
Comparable source rules
Record mapping names, versions, source and target fields, transform rules and effective dates for data brought from different systems.
Traceable action
Use operation keys, source revisions and receipts to investigate an uncertain external action on a program.
Review visibility
Let reviewers see observations, attached evidence and follow-up actions before they record a decision.
An initiative spanning organizations needs a consistent account of which goal owns each program and who is responsible for its evidence. The platform links every impact program to an organization, a theory-of-change goal and a person. Outcome lines stay under that program, while review decisions identify the precise revision being judged.
Select one organization and one source feed first. Agree the goal, the reporting date and the identifier that will follow an observation from source to program. Enter a measured line and check that its amount, unit and outcome value mean the same thing to the source team and the reviewer. Run a returned review case so the operator knows how to correct a source without erasing the earlier decision.
Then add a second organization using a different mapping version. Compare reports by organization and goal, and inspect a sample source line from each. Rehearse an unknown operation result before expanding any delivery connection: the operator should locate the original attempt and external receipt before repeating an action. Assign a follow-up action where the receipt cannot be verified.
