Integrations and source ownership
Connect monitoring and paging with clear event handling ownership.

- Monitoring provider
- Paging service
Systems to connect
- Monitoring provider. Agree how alerts and events arrive, how provider identifiers map to Integration Receipts and who investigates rejected or failed handling.
- Paging service. Agree how the scheduled responder is contacted and how actual acknowledgment is recorded on the incident and response history.
How connections are governed
Name the owner of each connection, its source identifiers and its retry procedure. A receipt records arrival and handling status. Check the corresponding incident record before treating an alert as response work. Preserve failed and rejected receipts for investigation. Keep connection credentials in the approved secret store and test duplicate delivery, provider timeout and changed service mappings before routine use.
Use the implementation plan to agree the first connection and its acceptance cases.
