Follow-up resolution

Give every case action an owner, due date and visible outcome.

Step by step

  1. Plan follow-up Clinical Coordinator

The Clinical Coordinator creates an action under the case, writes a clear title, sets a due date and chooses the assignee.

    • Creates case obligation, owner and due date
    • Updates Follow up actions, Cases
  2. Start assigned work Licensed Clinician

A Licensed Clinician with follow-up edit access moves the action from Open to in progress while working it.

    • Makes progress visible to the case team
    • Updates Follow up actions, People
  3. Record outcome Licensed Clinician

The assignee enters a completion date when the action is Completed, or uses Escalated when unresolved work needs attention.

    • Records completion or escalation state
    • Updates Follow up actions
  4. Close follow-up Clinical Coordinator

The coordinator checks the case's remaining open and escalated actions and confirms ownership of the next step.

    • Reviews remaining obligations on the case
    • Updates Follow up actions, Cases
