Keys and references
Accounts and opportunities each reference Organizations. Opportunities link to Accounts through Counterparty and to team members through Owner. Commission statements, relationship activities, review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts use Parent to refer to Opportunities. Team members link to Users; reviewers and uploaders refer to team members. Preserve these references when importing history so a decision can be traced back to the right client case.
Migration order
- Import Organizations and Users, then team members.
- Import Accounts with their organization reference.
- Import Opportunities with owner and counterparty references.
- Import relationship activities and commission statements under their opportunities.
- Import record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts with their parent references.
