Who it's for

Multi-system operations

An operations team may have separate owners for a source application, a destination application and the integration schedule between them. Integration / iPaaS gives those people a shared definition revision, connector context and trace of each run. The practical aim is to know which mapping was reviewed and what the destination acknowledged when an operating cycle finishes.

How Integration / iPaaS is set up for you

Shared pipeline owner

Assign an Integration Owner to each definition so changes to the schedule or mapping do not depend on an informal handoff.

Independent release

Give an Independent Reviewer the pending decision for the exact revision. They inspect the connector and mapping evidence before the owner enables it.

Operated sync

The Integration Operator checks per-scope outcomes, delivery attempts, receipts and watermarks during the scheduled cycle.

Visible correction

A wrong result leads to a successor revision and compensating output, with a follow-up assigned until verification is complete.

An operations team may have separate owners for a source application, a destination application and the integration schedule between them. Integration / iPaaS gives those people a shared definition revision, connector context and trace of each run. The practical aim is to know which mapping was reviewed and what the destination acknowledged when an operating cycle finishes.

Start with one source-to-destination flow that already has a clear business owner. List the source and target fields, the expected transformation, the schedule and the destination's acknowledgement. Set up the organization, connector profile, mapping rule and integration definition. Run one validation and review case, then a small synchronization whose source identities can be checked in the destination.

Use a deliberately rejected scope to rehearse investigation. The operator should be able to connect the per-scope result to its attempt, run step and receipt. The remediation owner should know when the case needs a correction and what evidence closes it. Expand to other flows once the same handoff works for the first one.

Features to start with

Maintains approved endpoint profiles and the mapping rules attached to them.
Integration Owner
Owns definition revisions, schedule and the request for independent review.
Integration Operator
Runs reviewed synchronization work and investigates its recorded outcome.
Independent Reviewer
Decides on the exact revision and checks evidence before release or correction.
Remediation Owner
