The compensating output cannot be matched to the original source identity. Keep both identities and the operation key in the review.
The successor uses an unreviewed mapping. Validate its contract before treating it as a released revision.
The follow-up is closed before the destination result is checked. Record the resolution only after reviewing the external receipt and scoped outcome.
The prior revision is overwritten. Preserve its run, attempt, decision and history as the explanation for compensation.
