    • Record the independent decision and reason
    • Updates Review decisions, Evidence documents, Source mappings, Integration definitions
ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.
  3. Enable revision Integration Owner

    • Make the approved revision ready for synchronization
    • Updates Integration definitions, State history

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • The reviewer sees a decision but cannot match it to the intended revision. Compare the decision's source revision with the definition and validation run.
  • A document supports a different mapping version. Check its source definition and verification before approving.
  • The owner tries to enable a returned revision. Resolve the reason, validate again and seek a fresh decision.
  • A review is recorded without a named decision maker. Assign the Independent Reviewer and retain the decision reason.
