A profile points to the wrong organization. Check the organization link before drafting the definition.
A mapping version does not match the field contract expected by the destination. Review its effective date and transforms before validation.
The owner changes the mapping after validation. Treat that as a revised contract and request a fresh validation and decision.
A run has failed steps. Inspect the operation key, failure reason and step inputs before presenting the revision for approval.
