Systems to connect

• Customer order systems. Agree how an external demand identifier reaches the request case and how channel context reaches Inventory Supervisor. Configure the source mapping and retain the decision evidence when that demand changes.
• Purchasing and receiving systems. Bring inspected receipt evidence to the approved stock action. Preserve source identity and an import cutoff so receiving the same delivery again does not repeat its stock effect.
• Carrier and dock systems. Agree a connection with the provider where the operating handoff needs it. Retain carrier, dock door and seal information with the load and appointment details with its stops.
• Accounting systems. Agree the external treatment of signed stock effects and compensations with the finance team. Reconcile the source references and the accepted financial result before closing a connected case.
• Document storage. Retain a link to the operating evidence and verify access for the authorized audience. Keep the upload date available so Auditor can inspect the document used for the decision.

Keep connections disabled until the identifiers, input meaning and failure follow-up are agreed. Reuse each workflow’s stable operation identity when retrying an uncertain response, and inspect the local result before generating new input. A transport acknowledgment is distinct from the operation receipt and from an external business system’s acceptance.

Inventory Supervisor owns stock exception decisions. App Administrator maintains the team mapping; configure connector access separately. Test a repeated message, changed payload and interrupted response in the pilot, then retain the evidence for Auditor before expanding connected work.
