Keys and references

Use the exact organization, counterparty, account and parent references when importing operational history. Provider instruction ID, provider application ID, provider event ID and external account ID keep external identities distinct. Operation key identifies an action receipt and expected revision ties it to the request version. A cash application refers to its matched instruction and account. A review decision refers to the parent instruction and reviewer.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations and Users, then team members and business partners with their scope.
  2. Load ledger accounts and effective exchange rates.
  3. Load accounting documents and their supporting record attachments.
  4. Load factoring reviews, review decisions, journal lines, document lines and operation receipts against each parent.
  5. Load account snapshots and cash applications, then reconcile provider identifiers and occurrence dates.
