Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure Invoice Factoring Platform for your team. Name the operating organization and the people who prepare, review and audit banking work. Assign a separate Accounting Reviewer for the first authorization case.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one eligible provider partner and one provider-held account. Check its external identifier, currency and owner. Bring a representative banking instruction, supporting document, provider response, cash event and dated account snapshot. Agree who will investigate a pending provider outcome or unmatched event. Use implementation to rehearse the handoffs.

Review before release

Run a changed-revision approval case, a self-approval denial and a cross-organization access check. Follow the authorized instruction to verified provider evidence, then compare a matching and a mismatching cash event. Confirm the operation receipt points to effects that exist. Keep the Auditor’s read-only path available for the final review.

Set up Invoice Factoring Platform your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
