Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Download Proto and describe the clinical service, responsible people and first operating process to configure.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one service, its supporting devices, incident responders, clinical owner and change reviewers. Gather existing asset identifiers, active incident and request examples, the approved downtime procedure and a planned change window. Map the source of inbound events and who reconciles rejected outcomes.

Review before release

Rehearse an incident that affects care, a staff request with a due date, a change returned by its reviewer and a rejected integration receipt. Check the recorded status, owner, linked evidence and access for each case. Compare the result with the source system and obtain the clinical and service owners’ acceptance before adding more departments.
