Prepare the first operating cycle
Collect a small set of patient identities, staff records, clinician privilege evidence and consent documents. Choose one visit type and define when an encounter moves through arrival, documentation, review and completion. Include a specimen or dispensation only when it belongs to the pilot visit. Decide who enters charges and who confirms patient payments.
Review before release
Rehearse a complete visit with the people who will use the system. Check the patient and clinician links on every record, the signed consent, the authored note and any follow-up task.
