Keys and references
Retain the original Id values, human record number values and exact reference targets. Team members.User points to Users; Owner points to team members. Resolve that chain before assigning a current-user view. Source effect key and operation key serve workflow retry identity and must remain consistent with the original action.
Configure each screen against its source records and verify the selected filters with the operating team. Keep the underlying request, lot or movement identity available when a user opens a row. A current-user worklist needs the actual team members.User mapping before Owner can be matched to the signed-in person.
Migration order
- Organization and identity. Resolve Organizations and Users before team members, retaining the actual user mapping.
- Items and locations. Load stock items and storage locations with agreed units, active values and organization references.
- Policy and physical stock. Load par level policies, stock lots and kitchen containers against their referenced records. Reconcile actual opening quantities before allowing stock actions.
- Arrival context. Load vendor deliveries before delivery appointments and preserve their observed states without creating receiving effects from historical labels.
- Open work. Load stock requests with their current Revision and applicable stock reservations. Preserve held quantities without also replaying historic consumption.
- Evidence and movements. Retain record attachments, review decisions, stock movements and operation receipts with original parent references and operation identities. Agree a cutoff so imported history and new actions do not apply the same stock effect twice.
