Who can do what in Kitting & Assembly

The same kit order moves through commercial, stock and finance decisions. Access should follow the person who records a fact and the person who reviews its release.

How permissions work

Separate preparation and decision

The preparer records a work order, receipt or invoice; the named reviewer decides its release when approval is required.

Keep entity scope

A person should work only with the organization and warehouse records assigned to their role.

Test direct access

Rehearse the relevant record and action permissions through both the screen and API.
