Click Get started to open Knowledge Base Builder in ERP.AI. Use Proto to configure the people, permissions and records for your support team. Choose who owns the first service, who writes guidance and who makes the publication decision.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Select a recurring question from a real service. Bring in its service owner and representative incident or request records. Have the Knowledge Editor write an answer with a clear title, category, body and owner. Let the Article Reviewer read it as a new agent would. After the decision, ask the service desk to use the published article and submit feedback when a step needs clarification.

Review before release

Check that the article’s owner, status and publication date make sense together. Rehearse a return from Review to Draft and a revision prompted by feedback. Confirm that the support case keeps its own status and history while the article changes. Add further services once the team can maintain this first answer in ordinary work.

Set up Knowledge Base Builder your way.
