Keys and references
The instruction record number identifies the working request. A revision ties a decision or operation receipt to a particular version of that request. Provider identifiers distinguish external instructions, evidence events, snapshots and movements. Preserve parent references when importing corrections so later reviewers can follow an instruction through its decision, provider response and reconciliation item.
The account on a reconciliation item is a financial accounts reference. A matched instruction is a bank instructions reference. Instruction accounts connect an instruction to its debit and credit accounts, so an amount match alone cannot establish that a provider movement belongs to the right account.
Migration order
- Load Organizations and Users, then link team members to each organization.
- Load financial counterparties, financial accounts and effective exchange rates.
- Load bank instructions, their instruction accounts and record attachments.
- Load review decisions, screening cases, bank evidence and operation receipts with parent references intact.
- Load account snapshots and reconciliation items after account and instruction identifiers are stable.
- Reconcile source identifiers, active values, currencies and historical revisions before operating on imported records.
