Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring the artwork attachment, SKU, market and revision. Identify the inspection subject and the requirements that apply. Agree who supplies legal or specialist input, and choose the controlled instruction staff will use during review.
Admin confirms the person-to-user mappings. Inspector completes the assigned examination, Quality Approver decides disposition and Corrective Action Owner follows any rejected work. Arrange an independent reviewer for effectiveness before the first correction is submitted.
Review before release
Rehearse a passing inspection and a failed required check. Confirm that the failed case cannot be accepted and that rejection creates the linked containment work. Submit corrective evidence, test a failed effectiveness decision and confirm that the earlier review remains visible after resubmission.
Verify the artwork and document revisions behind the decisions. Agree how the inspection outcome reaches your separate production release process and who owns that handoff. Expand the scope after the people running the pilot can explain the work, evidence and decision responsibilities.
