Keys and references

Keep each assessment number and revision with its scope. A test points to its parent assessment and control; a finding points to the assessment and control; an action and retest point to the finding. A workforce check and an operation receipt point to the parent assessment. Use the operation key and expected revision when investigating a reviewed operation.

Migration order

  1. Import employer Organizations and business units with stable codes.
  2. Add Users and team members, then Risks and Controls with their owners.
  3. Bring over Assessments and their period, scope, owner and revision.
  4. Add assessment tests, record attachments and Findings with verified references.
  5. Load corrective actions, Retests, review decisions, workforce checks and operation receipts after their parents are reconciled.
