How a Land Acquisition Tracker rollout works

Set up parcel intake, review and transfer around a real operating case.

  1. Choose the pilot

Select a parcel that can be taken from Draft through review and documented transfer, plus one needing a correction.

  2. Set up ownership

Confirm the organizations, people, landowner definition codes and effective periods used by the pilot.

  3. Prepare evidence

Agree how checks, document attachments and source references are recorded against the parcel.

  4. Rehearse decisions

Run an approval and a return with separate operator and reviewer access. Confirm each decision names the source revision.

  5. Check the result

Inspect the operation run, steps, attempt and receipt before considering a parcel Delivered.

What the customer provides

Bring sample parcel numbers and identifiers, owners, milestone dates, governing landowner definitions, due diligence observations and evidence documents. Identify the reviewer who can make an independent decision. If transfer results come from another system, provide a safe example response and receipt so the team can agree how to reconcile uncertain attempts.

Changing it afterwards

Update active landowner definitions with an accountable administrator and effective date. Review source mappings during setup with separately assigned access. For a decided or delivered parcel, preserve the earlier review and operation trace while preparing a successor revision and assigned follow-up. Review the resulting status with the operator and reviewer before expanding the process to more organizations.
