How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Land Revenue Management for your business. Pilot one organization, one service definition, an operator and an independent reviewer. Walk a complete case and a returned case before expanding.
What is the main working screen?
Cases Workspace shows the case board, selected case detail, state history, pending decisions, requirement lines and operation trace.
How is an application assigned?
The operator selects the organization and service definition, records the case number and references, and assigns an owner. The owner reference lets staff identify that person’s work in the case list.
How are supporting files checked?
A document stays linked to its case with a date and external reference. Its verified value and named verifier show whether the file was checked.
Who decides a case?
The Land Revenue Reviewer records an independent decision with the case revision, reason and evidence reference. The operator prepares the application and handles corrections.
What happens when a review is returned?
The operator uses the recorded reason to correct the case and assign follow-up work. The next decision refers to the revised case while earlier decisions remain in the history.
How do we find unfinished work?
Use the case board, pending requirements, reviewer decision inbox and open assigned actions. Each gives a different view of the same underlying records.
How is delivery traced?
The case can hold a delivery reference and completed date. Execution attempts and operation runs retain the operation key, result, step details and exceptions behind that outcome.
What if a provider response is uncertain?
Check the existing operation key, provider reference and step receipt before another attempt. Assign the investigation so the final result can be recorded against the case.
Can teams review several offices?
Cases, services and people reference their organization. Authorized analysts can group status and workload by organization while operators work within their assigned scope.
