How a Land Revenue Management rollout works
Introduce the service case process with a reviewable pilot.
Define the service
Name the organization, service code, policy reference and effective dates. Assign an administrator, operator and independent reviewer.
Prepare case data
Match incoming references to cases, requirement lines and documents. Review any source mappings on real examples.
Rehearse decisions
Submit a complete case and a case with a rejected requirement. Check the return, correction and approval records against their revisions.
Trace delivery
Record a successful result, then investigate a failed or unknown attempt before repeating an operation.
Review access and reports
Confirm each role's permitted work, organization scope and the meaning of status and exception reports.
What the customer provides
Provide service definitions and policy references, staff assignments, representative applications, requirement examples and supporting documents. Identify the source of each external reference and who confirms a delivered result. Choose a pilot service whose ordinary path and correction path can both be rehearsed.
Changing it afterwards
Review a changed service definition or field mapping with its owner before using it for new work. Keep earlier case revisions and decisions understandable. When a delivered outcome changes, preserve the prior operation trace and record the compensating action and successor review. Expand to another organization or service only after the team can find its open actions and explain a completed case from its records.
