Public service centers
A public service center can receive an application while a separate officer reviews it. The case number, citizen reference and service code help the receiving team find the request again. Requirement lines and documents preserve what was supplied. A decision record tells the center whether the request was approved, returned or rejected, and the delivery reference identifies the response sent back to the applicant.
How Land Revenue Management is set up for you
Front-desk preparation
The operator captures the request under the correct organization and service, then assigns the responsible person.
Specialist decision
The reviewer examines the current revision and records the decision, reason and evidence reference.
Response follow-up
Actions keep corrections and outstanding requests assigned; delivery traces help staff answer a question about the outcome.
Select a request type that regularly arrives with supporting files. Agree how the center records the citizen reference and external document reference. Prepare a case with a missing file and one with a complete set of requirements. The operator should keep the incomplete case visible, assign the missing work and submit the completed one for review. The reviewer should be able to explain which revision was approved and which evidence was considered.
Next, rehearse a delayed result from the system used to send the service response. The operator checks the existing operation key and provider reference before trying again. Once the result is confirmed, the case carries its delivery reference and completed date. A colleague at the center should be able to answer a status query from that record without interpreting a loose collection of messages.
