Case intake and submission

Move a service request from a defined service into a submitted case.

Step by step

  2. Prepare case Land Revenue Operator

    • Updates Cases, Case requirements, Case documents
  3. Submit case Land Revenue Operator

The operator confirms the supporting information and submits the case. The submitted date and revision let the reviewer identify the material they receive.

    • Changes `Status: Draft → Submitted` and retains the transition
