Keys and references
The parent load connects stops, attachments, receipts and review decisions. An assignment references its load, driver and vehicle. A load owner references a team member, who links to an organization and may link to a user. Review decisions reference the reviewer and source revision; keep that revision intact when the load changes. Vehicle defects reference their vehicle. The delivery stop’s driver reference is separate from the load assignment’s driver, so check both when investigating a disputed delivery.
Migration order
- Operating scope. Bring in Organizations, Users and team members with verified ownership and time zones.
- Parties and fleet. Bring in transport partners, Drivers, Vehicles and vehicle defects; review active state and readiness.
- Loads and plans. Bring in Loads, then load stops and load assignments with their parent references.
- Delivery and evidence. Bring in delivery stops and record attachments, keeping proof files and visibility with their loads.
- Review history. Bring in review decisions and operation receipts with original keys, revisions, outcomes and times.
